Musicwindow is designed to support the great work your Admissions team is already doing - not complicate it. We focus specifically on the unique needs of music student recruitment, filling in a few key gaps that are often too specialized, time-consuming, or impractical for Admissions to fully manage on their own. We believe centralization is essential. All student data collected through Musicwindow can be routed directly into your existing Admissions CRM.
We take data security and compliance seriously. Musicwindow primarily handles non-sensitive information - like what instrument a student plays or which program they’re interested in - but we still follow best practices to safeguard everything we collect.
To date, no IT department has declined our platform. That said, we fully respect the need for due diligence. If your IT team would like to review our technical documentation, you can request it below.
We understand how important it is to maintain a consistent and professional brand across all university communications. Musicwindow doesn’t replace your brand - we help carry it further.
Our platform works with the assets you already have - your messaging, content, visuals - and makes them easier to access, share, and personalize. We follow your style guidelines with care. By centralizing outreach, Musicwindow reinforces your brand in places where it might otherwise get diluted.
It’s a two-way data flow. When you collect information from prospective students—whether at events, competitions, school visits, or other music-specific touchpoints—that data can automatically sync into Slate, giving your Admissions office everything they need.
It works both ways. Students already in Slate can populate into Musicwindow, allowing you to run highly targeted, music-specific campaigns proven to increase enrollment and ensemble participation.
